Amazing customer service, before even asking what we needed they handed us cold waters. Perfect routine oil change, complete opposite of the expectations of sitting there awkwardly while they work.
The attendant who took care of us in Shawnee Oklahoma was very nice and professional, but I had called Take 5 before going to price an oil change specifically for my truck make and model and was very disappointed that it cost way more than they quoted for this location and my truck. I will not be using Take 5 any longer.
The staff was super friendly and helpful. The price was too high though
Shop was clean and the two guys working are the most professional I have encountered in Shawnee. 100% earned my repeat business.
