1 Star — Extremely Unprofessional Experience I have never experienced this level of rudeness, disrespect, and incompetence from someone in a customer-facing management position. Joe's attitude was completely unacceptable. He came across as arrogant, dismissive, and completely unwilling to communicate respectfully.
