William ans Zac were amazing while changing my oil. They say a possible issue and we're able to explain the possibilities and give options. They did not push for things that didn't need to be done and listened to my questions and concerns. I will definitely be back!
Wouldn’t recommend if you’re a girl to go to this location. They upcharged me $50–$60. I did get the most expensive oil, and it was $189. I called other oil change places nearby, and they said that for what I got and for my car, the exact same oil shouldn’t have been more than $120–$130. I had work, so my dad called for me, and they were difficult. They said I had to file a claim online. Then my dad asked to speak to a manager, and he claimed he was the manager. Friendly and efficient.
It was my second visit to 5. 1rst too brownwood. People were attentive, listened to my concerns.and followed my request. Got me in and out, reported on all fluids concerned. Attendees were courteous through out the job. Both brownwood and stephenville location were good experiences. To corporate, in training your techs, impact gun should only be used taking plug out of pan. Never used putting plug in. Filter wrench only used taking off. Filter installment , hand tight only.
