Took over 2 hours. When I pulled up there was 3 in the bay and 1 waiting. They took all the information down and after the first hour i was told "sorry that car in front of you had a lot needed. We'll get started on your car next." 45 minutes later they work their way down to me. And ask thr oil. I choose the 85$ oil after I pointed to the oil I wanted and they said they didnt have it. They asked me if I wanted anything else I said "just the oil change." They pull out my filter, I say "just the oil change." They spend 5 minu... read more

Mobil oil on shelves n what do i get some off brand by some company in lakeside fla I look it up the company that makes the this off brand is in Cinn ohio when ask was told it's great oil I told them I have run Mobil in my car nothing to be concerned about bait n switch what bull crap n this was a new location never again
