I was told on the phone that they would check the air in the tires. I knew one was low but I waited until I went in for service. They didn't even touch the tires. $12+ for one quart of oil seems to take advantage of someone that has no choice in the matter. Even though I was told on the phone the quote covered 5 quarts, I wasn't expecting the scalding I got for the extra quart. Staff didn't seem to show any urgency at all in getting people in and out. Charges a hundred dollars for the cheapest oil change they have...I had a coupon for 50 percent off but they didn't offer it ..over filled the oil.
My experience was terrible. They did the very minimum and I had to ask them to do everything every step of the way. They did a horrible job and communicated nothing I would not recommend them going unless you know what to look for and are prepared to tell them every step of the way, what needs to be done.
