I usually take my vehicle to the dealership for various reasons but I only had this one particular day off and I decided to drop in because it was about a week overdue. When I say DW & Travis took great care of me, customer service was better than expected overall, was greeted with a cold bottle of water. I even purchased new wiper blades because those had been needed! I will return for sure! Patience has its rewards. Took longer but they got it done correctly and efficiently and in such a hurried world, this was a welcome break. Awesome guys.
UPDATE: I turned in my receipt for Take 5 and my receipt from Dobbs with the general managers note that it was necessary for my car to be towed to his shop as it was not drivable. This information was requested by the store manager of Take 5. It has been a month and no one has reached out to me on this issue. I’ve change my two star rating (only given because the associates were nice) to a one star rating because of lack of communication and resolution from Take 5.
