The only reason I'm giving three stars is because I've been very impressed with the other locations. I travel a lot and have come to trust this brand. I stopped at this location. I parked for a good 3 minutes. Someone finally came out and spoke to me. I shared that I was there for an oil change and I was told to come back in 30 minutes because they had to go on break.
