The personnel were great, the only negative was the high price.

Great service, fast oil change and topped up my coolant too for free
Oil change went well, offered me cold water on the hot day I was there.
Went thinking it would be quick. I sat waiting on the person infront of me. He was already in when I got there. He was out of his vehicle standing watching to guys work. I was greeted and told maybe 10-15 minutes. It was longer. Long story short and hour later I left the bay with an oil change!
