I was recommended to have a coolant change, and was never disclosed the price until the end. $145 additional charge to my oil change is a lot of money for me in my situation. I would have gone back to do it if it was needed since I’m struggling financially because I’m on a strict budget. I had my oil change done by Lucky today and couldn’t be happier! He explained everything thoroughly, answered all my questions, and you can tell he’s very experienced and trustworthy. The whole staff was kind and welcoming. My state inspection was done quickly and efficiently by George, and Michael was also very helpful throughout the visit. I’ll definitely be coming back for future service.. thank you to the entire team!
