Good job! So convenient. Even though they were super busy, I got out of there in a little over an hour. I have been here before for oil changes and this time for a state car inspection.
This was my first time at this Take 5 location. I went the Wednesday before Thanksgiving, so yes, they were busy. But that isn't an excuse for the horrible customer service I received. I was constantly pressured to upgrade my service and add things like filters and flushes. I agreed to 1 filter which they haphazardly installed, rushing me on my way out. I have been going to this location for 5+ years for multiple cars, but will likely be looking for someplace else in future. It used to be good but lately attention to detail and customer service has been missing. Issues I have run into with my visits this year: 1. For a vehicle inspection a few months back, went there twice around 6:30pm. One time was told that their system was down and the 2nd time their inspector had left early.
