Terrible customer service, off-putting from the moment I rolled down my window... I ended up leaving without the oil change done due to the rudeness of the employee. Went to the OTHER Brandon Blvd. location the next day and got the oil change done there. Experience was much better there. Train your team to be more pleasant, you are losing business for this location.

I went to your location today that is located on Brandon Boulevard in Brandon, Florida and it was the worst experience I have ever had with an oil change. I usually go to the dealership but decided to venture out because my warranty program for oil changes was up, and I was looking for a convenience. Your Mechanic Eddie did not know how to reset my oil change light.
