Really disappointing experience. This was the second time i visited here and asked for the same oil change i got the last time. The price was totally different and when i asked him to use the coupon he first said it should be in the mail and not a screenshot. He didn’t know it was the email i was showing him so then he said that it’s not scanning and requires a hard copy. Lost a customer with that poor service.
They are quick and professional, very friendly. I highly recommend... They spoke to you told you what was wrong....

I love this location and come out of my way to get here, I live right next to another take 5 but this is the one I choose to come to because of the experience I get from Josh, Carlos, Jared, Mike, Abraham, and pretty much everyone else that works at this location. They are all kind towards me and very helpful. 12/10 experience. UPDATE: September 2025 There is new management at this location but the experience is better than before.
