Been coming here about five years and they’re always so nice, quick, and informative. The employees are also friendly and humorous! Makes my day.
Went to take 5 on a low budget, Terrence was super thorough and helped me out in getting the oil change at an affordable price, Ishmael was very insightful in what he was doing under the hood, they some DAWGSSSS
So great I wasn’t able to catch the workers’ names but they were all so informative and helpful. I totally recommend !
Put the wrong type of oil into my car and my car began having the "oil pressure" signal up for the first time ever. Went back to ask them that type they put in and they refused to tell me due to their "policy". I never asked for a refund and was calmly asking what oil they used so I can deal with my car. Instead of admitting to the their mistake, they yelled at me and blamed my car model. They did not want to help in the slightest and only showed disrespect.
