Great staff, fast service
The guys were very nice and knowledgeable.
Usually this place is stellar and go above and beyond. What I've learned after my last 2 visits is to go visit the Missouri City location if the female manager isn't here. She makes sure everyone is on the ball and doing the step by step call back to ensure nothing is missed. This last time, I got two guys who looked half asleep, wreaked of weed, and didn't seem real confident. I was asked three times what my mileage was, even though they wrote it on my windshield. Oil change an hour when I was the only car. A few days later I notice oil stains in my driveway and take it to a shop— the oil filter and the drain plugs were left loose, and my car leaked out all the oil. Thankfully the other shop gave me another oil change (for only $70) but had I not noticed the stain, my car would have continued leaking, the engine could have overheated, or I would have spent $1,000 on a new oil pan.
