I typically stay away from drive in oil change places but needed my oil changed and didn't have time to do it myself. I told the technician my worries with cross threading plug or not tightened and loosing oil. He understood. He was very thorough checking the engine compartment and even found a missing piece that he eventually found and put back on. Great service!
