Definitely have good service every time I got to take 5 on Ramsey st.
Too pushy for me to buy other services other than the one I came for. That type of stuff doesn’t even work on me….from Girl Scout cookies to car dealerships. I stand my ground on what I want and don’t want. Then tried to take away the discount after I’d finally told them for the 10th time that all I was there for was an oil change. Little did they know, I’d already found a coupon online before I even got there so that is what I ended up using. It took almost two hours to get my oil change completed. Two of the workers were having personal issues with each other which extended the process. One was even talking down about the other. It was awful. Im not going to this location ever again.
I came in at 7:20 he barely asked me what i needed when i told the man i needed a oil change he sent me to jiffy lube WHICH IS CLOSED at this time. Very inconvenient bc this is the second take 5 i been to today and disappointed all over again i will not ever be back
