Never coming back! Can't trust them to do a simple oil change, and they're over priced.
I wish every aspect of life could be as efficient as take 5 is at oil changes.
I pulled in and there wasn't a parking spot open. I had to park in the business beside them and was not greeted . After about 20 minutes I walked over to ask them where to park. I explained I had been there for about 20 minutes .One of the guys had me pull into a newly opened spot yet they still waited on 3 cars after I had explained I had been there. I was there for about a hour and a half. When I spoke to the manager she seemed frustrated with me and said they were "going as fast as they can". I wasn't trying to be difficu... read more
