The team on site is great. District manager (or someone acting like one) showed up acting like a jerk, so I’ll have to reconsider spending money at any more take 5 locations. He needs to remember perception is reality, and he did nothing but put everyone working on edge at the end of a long, hot week of changing people’s oil and trying to upcharge them all on ancillary services they don’t want when they show up. Great job to Cameron, Steve, and the gang for explaining everything so well, though!
