Ive been going to these guys for about 5 years now. I love the convince of sitting in the car while they change the oil. They are always kind and knowledgeable. Quick and easy and I always just stop by with out an appointment and they have always been able to fit me in quick. Ive been to a few different ones in Springfield missouri and they are all full of wonderful people and they even help me reset my maintenance screen on my vehicle because it's tricky. They took the extra time to look it up and fix it.
I’ve always enjoyed my experiences at take 5, they’re fast, and thorough typically, and usually friendly. But this time they seemed to be annoyed or in a hurry even though they weren’t busy or anything. They failed to check my tire pressure, and still put that they did it on the report at the end. I didn’t notice till after I left that my tire pressure light was on still. I do appreciate the top off policy. I took my car to another take 5 soon after and asked them to check the tire pressures. This was the most amazing experience I have ever experienced in my life when it comes to oil changes and customer service. I recommend this company over any other company I have dealt with.
My daughter is a newer driver and had some time today so I let her take the car for an oil change she picked take 5. Then came back with a $180 bill for an oil change /sigh. Maybe I am being cheap , but quite frustrated.
Great service, was greeted with water, service was quick, already had the information on what oil I used previously and didn’t try to sell me anything else or be pushy about it like in other places.
