I started work at the Sheetz distribution center 4 months ago. I drive from Kalida Ohio so I thought when I get off work at 6:15pm I'd swing through take 5 and give them some money for an oil change. Pull in to the shop and all bays are empty at 6:20. At 6:30 I'm driving away because nobody was there. I sat there 10 minutes with open garage doors and lights on and they say they are open till 8. This was 6:20 and I didn't see a human. I might try again but what the heck was that?
Pick 5 is where I will change my oil from now on it gave me the best discount coupon of all the other places it rated the top for me the top place and as I was waiting they gave me a water and they they were concerned that I was comfortable I thank them and I told him I'll be back
Subpar service. Didn't set tires, didn't fill fluids, didn't wash windshield, workers were friendly.
