I was absolutely blown away by the staff at the hwy 27, Lake Wales, location. From start to finish they communicated everything and even patiently answered any questions I had. This location has a crew of women [and 1 awesome, sweet young man] that work so well together and their energy as a team is amazing . The manger and assistant manager are hands on, right there in the pit helping and teaching.. Normally it takes about 10-15 mins. In total for everything but this time I waited at least 15+ mins after being pulled in the bay for service. No one told me upfront they were behind, as I saw what look like three technicians, two cars, not including mine and there’s only three bays.. I did get an apology for the lateness until sometime after that.
