The price is about $30 higher than my last oil change at Valvoline. But what really earned the one star is that the service tech must have thought I was an ignorant woman! I pulled in right behind a man. He was directed to one stall & I was directed to the other. I had my window down and I could hear the conversations. This man was not upsold on anything!
