They explained everything including price differences with everything, very personable and friendly gentlemen working here.
They were very friendly and welcoming :). I went in to get my oil changed but apparently the cap or something was on sooo tight that it broke their tools . I did recently move from the West where it’s hot and now I live somewhere that is very cold. Instead I got my windshield wipers replaced which I also needed badly. But even though I didn’t get the main service they recommended me somewhere else to go and now it’s fixed! I will gladly come back for the next oil change now that it isn’t on too tight.
I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to others. The staff member made several passive-aggressive comments and came across as rude throughout the interaction.
Went in and they didn’t have the correct oil despite the technician being told not to drain they began draining the oil without having the correct oil to replace it with. Drove across the street to get an oil change to discover that they incorrectly reinstalled the skid plate resulting in damage to our skid plate. To say that this will be our first and last time going is an understatement.
Great service and attention to detail. These guys did excellent serious work which I appreciated.
