Too much competition between the employees about who can sell the most products and services. Another employee physically took the card reader from the employee who was assisting me so they could ring up their sale of optional services first so they would be “1st place” in their competition of sales. The most unprofessional and rude behaviors I have seen I’ve witnessed from a business.
Alisha took great care of me and my car. She was friendly, quick, and efficient. 10/10 service!
