They were unable to change my air conditioning filter on my car, which is a standard part of an oil change. Told me they didn’t have the tools and that I should go to breaker plus. They didn’t tell me until the end of the service. But they sure did charge me full price for the oil change. So looks like I get to go to two places and pay twice. Thanks guys. Oh and they didn’t know how to clear the “oil change” message my car was giving me.
Amazingly courteous attendant. Clearly informed us throughout and endeavored to confirm that we indeed did need an oil change.
Guys were awesome and quick!! It was a great experience all the way around from the second we pulled up.
