The tech were fast, respectful, and efficient
Went in for routine oil change in a vehicle that has been there several times before. Couldn't find my account which wasn't a big deal but it was interesting. Didn' have the oil that I wanted. Couldn't get my coupon to scan or work and we tried multiple scanners/methods. No manager on duty so couldn't override anything. On the way out I drive past a sign thay said 25% off all oil changes on their curb bulletin board. That was not offered or reflected in my price on the oil change. Everything was nice except the cost of everything. I could not afford to get alot oft highs done.

Upsale is a little on the heavy side. 4-star for giving bad info on recommended mileage the differential fluid should be changed. But other than that, was good service.
