I had a little bit of a wait but as soon as I pulled in Charles the manager came out with bottled water and let me know there was 2 people ahead of me. Between Charles and Shay they. Would check in every few minutes. Way to go guys on setting expectations. Both of them were very nice and helpful. I will definitely keep going there and send others there. Thank you Kelli

Wonderful expierence...I loved the way they offered us a bottle of water while waiting...the two techs were knowledgeable and very friendly!! Was really surprised to see a young women as one of the tech's, but I thought that was awesome!! Was kinda high, even with the sweet discounts the reps gave me, but everything in the world is high right now..Would definitely recommend Take 5 in Hot Springs, Arkansas.
