Didn’t have the recommended oil or filter. The supervisor had to send a mechanic to the parts store. That’s not the worst part wasn’t knowing how to reset the oil level in a 2014 car. Mechanic was using YouTube and guessing if he did it correctly. Sad experience .Didn’t offer to change cabinet filter at all.
