I was really disappointed with my experience at this Take 5 location. I waited over 90 minutes for a basic oil change, even though there was only one car in each bay and one in line ahead of me. The long wait completely defeated the purpose of choosing Take 5 for “fast” service. What made it worse was the lack of communication. No one checked in or apologized for the delay, and I wasn’t offered water until I had already been waiting for an hour (even though I saw other customers being offered water right away). I have always gone to Take 5. They are fast proficient and always have the great deals. I love their customer service and I always love the recommendations they have for my vehicle. I recommend them to any and everybody.

Fantastic service and went out of their way to get a fast change done, including tracking down a replacement cap for the engine fill. They used top quality parts and fluids. Highly recommend.
