DO NOT USE Take 5 Oil Change service centers (specifically the one on Broad st.)! THEY DOUBLE FILLED MY OIL. ALMOST DESTROYED MY TRANSMISSION AND ARE REFUSING TO DO ANYTHING TO COVER THE COST OF REPAIRS. IT IS NOT WORTH THE RISK OF 1000S OF DOLLARS WORTH OF REPAIRS. I HOPE YOU SAVE YOURSELF THE HASTLE AND TROUBLE OF THEIR TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND CARELESSNESS
Minimal communication, no greeting, did not ask to specify which oil change I would want, no offer to check tire pressure. They were lazy. I talked to the manager at this location. Got nowhere! His guys lied to him about what had happened and he wasn’t even willing to consider anything else.
Kenzie and Guy are a great team! Changed my oil and cabin filter no problem. They were friendly and transparent and kept me hydrated with a cold bottle of water upon arrival!
