Showed up only 1 person working. He asked me to wait and was polite. No problem. Help showed up about 10 min later. After about 30 min I ended up leaving because the internet was down and they didn’t have my filter in stock and couldn’t order a new one. Again no problem, but your staff didn’t even try to make it right for the long wait for no service. If it wasn’t for the original person waiting on me this response would be worse.
I enjoy the quick and friendly service! I also didn’t feel overly pressured to buy filters and extra add ons as a single woman - that’s always a bonus!
The service was above and beyond good!
I have been here before, but this visit, by far, was the worst. I was offered an expensive air filter. I was never asked what package I wanted. My tires and multiple other checks were not completed, yet on the paper, it was marked as completed. The two gentlemen were busier messing around and bantering with each other than making sure the customer experienced the proper services and care given to the vehicle.
