I was going to use Take 5 for the first time a couple weeks ago, before driving to Roanoke. I checked online and the wait was 0-10 minutes. Awesome. When I arrived, the first gentleman looks under the hood of my car and directed me to a line to wait. The car in front of me pulls out, I pull up and they finish the car beside me. I wait. And wait.
