Employees were rude slow didn’t give two craps about their job didn’t put the oil in. We asked for charged us more than we were supposed to pay and said we’ve never been there with this vehicle before and that’s the last place. We just got the oil change but they wanted to argue with us. This is on commercial Way in Springhill.

I wouldn't recommend taking a bicycle to this location. A bunch of kids playing and joking. They drained my oil and removed filter before checking if they had a replacement filter. It's a 2020 Chevy Colorado. Not a rare vehicle. Had to wait an hour and 45 minutes for a filter before they could finish. I had no choice but to wait since they had the oil drained before they took my info. Should rename company "Take an hour or two" oil change.
I was lucky..the only customer...i felt like a queen. Oil change ..air filter..air in tires..all at the same time...😆 The guys where very nice!!
The two guys there were very knowledgeable and great workers. Thank you.
