I want to say... I went on 6/20/26 and pulled up and asked about how much my oil change was going to be as i didn't want to be surprised and NOT have enough. I was told that it would be $49.99 plus tax. I agreed. When the service was done, i was billed given a bill for $60.68 as the service person never told me that there was an additional $6.99 charget for "SHOP SERVICE CHARGE" So i asked about why i wasn't told about that... The crew working on my truck for my oil change was fast fishing kind, and hard-working. It was great service. I will continue to use take five for all my oil change needs in Spring Hill.
Always quick and pleasant at the Springhill location.
Once in the garage , service was great. Had to wait about 10-12 minutes. They brought me a ice cold bottle of water!
Micheal, Brandon and Brent were absolutely amazing. Very helpful. Great customer service and was efficient.
