Typically, this place is pretty good. The young lady that runs the shop does a hell of a job. On the day that I went in it was busy and despite the fact that they told me they would get to me when they could, I just didn’t see any sense of urgency Out of the staff. They had three bases open and only enough people to really man one. Got rolled into a bay and sat there for over an hour until somebody could get to me.
The oil change was fine. However, when I asked if they checked my tires, which needed filling because of temperature change. They lied and said they filled the tires, which they did not. I had to ride into Prnsacola with low tires and the guys at Creighton Road Take 5 fixed it. I dont appreciate being lied to. How does that make me trust that the antifreeze flush was warranted and done well if they lie to me?
Horrible service!!!! The service receipt that you get that tells what services are checked, filled, need attention etc.., was given to me before all services were even done and everything was marked "good", even though they hadn't even been checked. I had to remind the guy to check my tires! They only washed half of my windshield, and never gave me the reminder sticker for the next oil change! I will not be going back. Oh, and when you attempt to get ahold of corporate, you get put on hold for 30 min and then they disconnect... read more
