Oil change went well no problems. Offered coolant change, accepted and during the process of flushing and refilling, the upper hose was damaged and leaked the coolant. Garage offered to refund coolant, but after checking this has not reappeared in account. Offered also to review the repair cost of new coolant part joint that was damaged.
Went in to get an oil change at Kernesville! I was greeted by Lexx, she was the best and very knowledgeable! Even got a discount on the price! Her and the rest of the staff were awesome, love their attitude!
Friendly staff. Did a great job. I really like their free top up policy.
