I've been a customer since the Kernersville store opened. I've always been satisfied. this time I was denied service bc they said my oil plug wasn't fitting right. I went somewhere else and was told that the wrong plug was put back on my car, I'm assuming from the last oil change done there. I hate it bc I was always so happy with the service there but I won't be back
