Last oil change here took thirty minutes. This time I pull in for a top off, three people working with one vehicle in the center Bay. I'm told I have to wait behind that vehicle until they are finished. I couldn't pull into the other two bays because why? The manager wouldn't allow the employees to check my oil and top it off. They lied and said they were almost finished but I sat there I guess the manager is incompetent and has no idea how to delegate tasks.
