Despite being told the premium oil change was 84.99 over the phone giving the specs of my vehicle. Upon arrival the same gentleman confirmed as long as I had a dip stick they could still honor. He left for the evening. After a bit of confusion, I ended up paying 131.xx. That also included a 25% discount. The actual customer service was great by the 2 agents left with the task.
I have taken my truck there twice now and both times the service was top notch. I would usually go to the dealership but they started having issues and an oil change took hours. 15 min and out when there is no line. They do get busy. I always wait and go when there is no line.
