ivan was very kind and helpful during my visit. he was very informative going over recent work i had done from my carfax report, thank you for providing great customer service! thank you sarah also for working quickly and efficiently on my car :)
The people were friendly but didn't do all the services that should have came with the oil change. Ran out of windshield wiper fluid 2 days after I was there they never checked the tire pressure. To their defense there was only 2 of them working and cars were coming in. My first time using Take 5. Think I will just stick with Valvoline.
Staff was friendly and accommodating for my oil change and other service needs. They were also able to change the air filter on my jaguar, one of the techs even left to go get the filter, so I would not be inconvenienced. I highly recommend this establishment for all of your oil change and other vehicle service needs. They were attentive and friendly and provided overall top notch efficient service.
I have a great experience any time I go to a Take 5, always quick, professional and convenient.
The lady and young guy working today was amazing, helpful, and very professional. They answered all questions I had and explained everything in detail! Great service!
