So My wife and I go to the one at the intersection of County Line and Shady Hills for our oil changes. The personnel has changed over the years but the service remains the same EXCELLENT. IDK what the overall work conditions are like for these folks, But their CS quality is always top notch! Ive had to wrench my own cars mostly all my life but never in this Florida heat and humidity. Professional, proficient and polite.
I was using Jiffy Lube. They were always trying to sell me more than I needed. Tried Take Five yesterday and couldn't believe the difference. From greeting with a cold bottle of water to very pleasant and professional service. My Mechanic Leigh? Ran from place to place when going for items. No way will I go back to JL.
