I am beyond frustrated with the Take 5 Plainview location and Take 5 as a whole company. I took my car to get an oil change on 6/16/25. The two employees working (one manager), stripped my drain plug, as well as drain pan, which resulted in me spending $1,000 dollars out of pocket (plus the $75 oil change) to get their mistake fixed. Not only that, they also attempted to blame Hometown Tire Pros, who are ironically the ones that fixed their damage.
