Service was efficient, upsells weren’t too pushy, they say what they are trained to say, “filters are really dirty” and so on. During my oil change they found a dead mouse in my engine compartment, the shift manager(?) retrieved it, showed it to me, when I sarcastically responded with “oh, nice” she rather aggressively said “no, not us! I said YOU have Mice!” Shortly after that she barked at the crew about not restocking filters properly and how sick of it she is. They all seemed to take it in stride.
