Rude staff, female employee got upset because I didn't want the "up-sale" and started talking mess to her co-worker about it, smh. I'll take my business somewhere else going forward.

Try ‘Take an hour’ 🙄 There were 2 cars ahead of me when i arrived and they came out with a bottle of water and said it would be about 15 minutes. Okay cool. 15 minutes later another guy comes out and says “it’ll be about 20 minutes” .... okay 🙃 now here we are 40 minutes later and they just walked out saying “thanks for being so patient it’ll be about 5-10 minutes” 🙃🙃🙃🙃 if I didn’t have a 50% off coupon I would’ve zoomed out of here!
Where do I begin? Well first I’ll start by admitting I’m terrible about getting my oil changed and I finally decided to get it done while on my way to drop off my daughter so I stopped by Take 5 and was I glad I did! These guys were on point! Easily the fastest, most efficient and friendliest oil change I have ever gotten! Jeremy helped me through the process and kept me informed of what the other guys found and were doing! They gave me a bottle of water and my daughter some fruit snacks and a Capri Sun!
