Were trying to take of my skid plate which my oil filter was not covered by it they ended up snapping a bolt on my skid plate, skid plate does not need to be removed when doing an oil change on a base model tacoma also they drain my oil then just put more in and did not do the service
This is not about the employees at this location, they do an excellent job. This 1 star is for the poor management of this location. They never have enough workers at this location, I had to wait for over THREE HOURS to get an oil change because they only had two employees working and a 3rd had to leave because they already worked a double. Again, the employees at this location are amazing, but poor scheduling and poor management prevents me from ever coming here again. I waste my time driving to this location EVERY TIME. 10 minutes was a JOKE! Waited OVER 90 minutes to get into a bay! I couldn't get out of the line! RIDICULOUS!!
Service technicians were all super friendly, took time to explain what they were doing, and gave me very reasonably priced options for my car’s maintenance. Will definitely be returning!
