Not my usual place but I was in the area- Took almost 45 minutes for an oil change. I was the only car there. Guy on duty was kind of rude, mumbled quietly about what oils were available and did not seem to want to be there in the slightest. Woman who served me seemed very inexperienced- not her fault obviously, lack of management I’m guessing. Had oil change done on 8/18/25 and on 8/19/25 I kept smelling oil so I popped the hood but before I opened it there is oily hand prints on my hood and grill
Devion was personable & efficient. All good. We forgot to reset the reminder in my car and to change the window sticker. Can I return for that?
