Didn’t receive a mileage sticker nor did they reset my change oil light
My primary technician customer service was below acceptable. It really seemed as if he hated his life there. Despite trying to be kind to him, he continued to act rude and annoyed. The second technician was more than pleasant and said, “you’re welcome” when I said thank you or responded kindly when I asked him about his day. So I give him a 5 star and the primary technician a 1 star to average it at 3 stars for my experience.
Regular oil change. Did’t reset my oil gauge Or tires.
It was okay. I thought the guys were a little young and not that much into communication as well as they needed to be. They forgot to put the sticker to tell me when will be the next time for my visit
