10 minute oil change is just completely false advertising. I spent 2 hours waiting for my oil change with only 5 cars in front of me. I’ll be looking for alternatives in the future.
Im a Solon resident who took my daughter's car in for service. The tech did not close the oil plug and now there is metal from low oil in the engine and it has to be replaced. I've filed a claim and the district manager Michael Dodig is yet to call me and we are without any help. As a 38 year resident id advise you to stay away from this location and company. I'm going to have to now hire an attorney.
