Very polite and respectful technician. Fully explained everything they were doing and made suggestions of things I may want to keep in mind for next time.
Watch what they do well your there. Haven't had a issue with this place till recently but the last 2 times I took my vehicle in for a oil change they vacuumed the oil out. This does not remove carbon slug from your oil pan. As a result of this i am know getting a check engine light that turns on and off periodically. Ran the code to find out whats up and turn out my timing solenoid is throwing an over advancement code on bank 1. Hmmm bet its clogged cause they didnt pull the oil plug. I've taken several of my vehicles here and have always been happy with the service; fast and friendly. I took my wife's vehicle here a couple of weeks back, and a few days afterward, noticed a large amount of oil leaking onto my driveway. Having had problems with another service previously having stripped out the oil pan drain plug on this vehicle, I was worried the same thing had happened again and was not happy.
