Aside from the fact that it's a little bit obnoxious to have a 19-year-old trying to upsell you on the most expensive oil they sell, they were polite and got the job done.
The crew at Strongsville did a fabulous job with my oil change! Very efficient, timely, personable and polite! Great price too! Definitely recommend!!!
