The first question upon entering the bay was how many quarts of oil did my car take. I really didn't know. Then when it was time to pick the grade of oil. When he pointed at the economy oil and said that was only a temporary oil. What does that mean? So I upgraded to the next level that cost $40 extra. I'm glad that I had a coupon. I will probably not return.
