Went there yesterday and they did an excellent job. Employees were nice and professional. Would definitely recommend.
This is honestly the worst Take 5 Oil Change location I’ve ever been to. I ended up waiting about 40 minutes because of a mistake on their end. They had already taken the oil out of the car in front of me, but then realized they didn’t have the correct oil filter. That caused the whole process to come to a stop and left me sitting there waiting. I understand that mistakes happen, but this was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I just had one of the most amazing experiences of Customer Services and professionalism by Dante and young female lady at this location today around noon. I went for an oil change and Young man and young female came outside and were super friendly kind and polite. I was impressed buy the way they conducted themselves. I felt special. This is very unique experience. I am happy i have this experience. It was pleasant. Thank you Dante and young lady. I wish you the best for your future and career.
The crew worked promptly & efficiently to complete my state inspection. They were friendly & professional throughout the process. I will definitely be a repeat customer!
The attendants there were very pleasant and checked my oil before starting my service. They confirmed that I did t need an oil change and didn’t have to do that. They gave me very sound advice about future oil service which was really nice too. A+ job!
