These young men , Michael and another who guided me into the work area, were professional, polite, and purely focused on me and my car for our speedy, easy fair exchange. This time Stan and Zachariah were the helpful team who made me right with cold water and a quick change of oil
This was the worst experience ever. My 88 year old mother went for an emissions test for her inspection. They made us sit in the car for over an hour with the engine turned off. It was June in Houston, Texas and dangerously hot. When they finished, they charged my mother for an oil change, which she did not ask for (and which they should have known was unnecessary by checking the oil change tag on her windshield. Everybody that work there had a bad attitude.
The people there were so helpful and literally went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. Even offered me water while waiting. Definitely going to continue using there services.
