i needed to get my emissions checked for my state sticker. As I pulled up, one of the gentlemen came forward and was super noce. He also asked me if i wanted a bottled water. A second gentleman did the hookup, and quickly went through the check. i don’t think that i was there for 10 minutes (we had some difficulty getting my fuel door to open, which definitely added some time). everyone was courteous and professional. I was very disappointed with my experience at this Take 5 Oil Change location. An oil change that should have taken about 5–10 minutes ended up taking nearly an hour. When I arrived, there were three employees working on a single vehicle, but my car seemed to be forgotten. There didn’t appear to be any coordination or communication among the staff about who was responsible for helping the next customer. Very nice, friendly, courteous staff. Would definitely go back and recommend to anyone needing an oil change.
