These guys are wonderful! They were courteous and worked well together to get my oil changed and other services. They even got me to drive over that big hole in the ground safely. I was so scared! Thanks Mr. Wright, Michael and Marqee!
The service was good however the promotion is what's earning the fair rating, we were given a slip to go online to request a gift card for a rebate, the store is NOT even listed as a participating store, I called the number given twice, left on hold, told I'd be called back, NOTHING - so much for offering something you can't deliver
Amazing! Even though they were short-staffed when I visited it was still the fastest oil change I've ever gotten. The advised about a transmission fluid replacement without pressuring me to do it at that moment, and best of all they didn't push any services that weren't needed which was a HUGE change from other oil change places. I'll definitely be back for service again in the future!

The service provided by Jason and Marques was fast and friendly. Jason was very clear in informing me of where he was in the oil change process. He provided a clear description of the services being rendered and what other services my car may need. I truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely come again.
Fastest oil change EVER! Dropped by after work one day because my vehicle's polite "Change Oil Soon" notification had become a "CHANGE MY OIL NOW OR I'M LEAVING YOU ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT" warning ... Michael was awesome, very polite. He explained everything he was doing and even gave me a discount even though I didn't have a coupon - gotta love that. I used to go to Jiffy Lube or Pep Boys for oil changes but not anymore. Thanks Take 5
RecommendedI’m a return customer. The customer service is excellent. I’ve brought my 2 year old son and 11 year old daughter both times. We’ve been greeted with juice and water each time; even fruit snacks for my Little’s. The service itself is excellent! Best deal around for busy mom’s who don’t like unloading/loading the kids for every errand!
