I took my car in at the beginning of August 2025 (ill have to pull the exact date). I paid for an oil change (full synthetic) which isnt cheap. Fast forward 3 weeks later...my oil is leaking. There was no leaks previously until after going to Take 5. I end up taking it to the dealership and they fixed it (free of charge) and it was due to the oil filter leaking. This is unacceptable. They let the cap off my overflow coolant tank. My explorer ran hot while I was on 99 that is how I discovered it. This happened a week after the oil change. Wiper blade was installed wrong and broke or lost the black cover!
