Not sure what the “Take 5” means anymore but I used to think it means take 5 and get your oil changed. Well evidently not so, more like take 45 to 60 minutes. After waiting about 35 minutes for one care ahead of me getting an oil change with two others waiting in separate bays for their oil changes there were three guys working on the car ahead of me. We sat in a bay over 30 minutes and my vehicle was never touched The car in the middle after finishing service pulled out, my husband noticed the skid plate wasn't reattached , the tech had to chase him down and have him come back. In the meantime a car was pulled into center bay and immediately started service. After 35 minutes they hadn't touched my vehicle, I asked and told them I was leaving they wasted enough of my time. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. Prior to moving to Florida we used the same service center for over 20 years.
Recommended5 stars! Very friendly and courteous staff! I went in for a (passed due) oil change. Didn't have to get out of my car and they even offered me a bottle of water while I waited. In & out in 7 minutes!!!

Honestly The Only Business I Cant Complain About In Leesburg. Always Friendly Staff And Very Informative When It Comes To The Care Of Your Vehicle. Typically Oil, Fluids & Filters Will Cost Me About $250 And 2 Hours Of My Time But With These Guys It Was $140 And 15 Minutes And They Did Everything Even Checked My Tire Pressure AND I DIDNT HAVE TO GET OUT OF MY CAR JUST ALL AROUND AWESOME!

Highest price shop for oil change in Tampa. I called corporate and they are the rudest people ever!! Do not go there. Again the highest price oil change and corporate doesn’t care!!!!
