I was confused why rating of this location is so high and yet the service sucks! I went back because I had my oil change a month and four days ago but I my oil was empty. Well the manager told me that I have to wait in-line and I did but after an hour of waiting the line was not moving. And the I saw a guy behind me talking to the manager. I absolutely LOVE this place. There are many places in between where I live and Take 5 that I could get my oil changed, but I drive over 30 minutes to go here because I love them so much. I ALWAYS have great service. It always goes quickly. I love that I can just stay in my car. Last time was a hoot and a holler with my awesome tech, Lawerence (“Law”).
