UPDATE : I made a claim and they called to let me know they didn't see the break happen and the tech said they don't know what happened even though he apologized when he realized he broke it. They will not fix the damage and offered me a coupon. I told them where to put the coupon. They broke a piece off my windshield wiper. The guy said sorry but it still works.
