I had a much more pleasant visit this time when I went for an oil change. I was greeted and asked if I would like a bottle of water. I didn’t have a long wait this time and the person explaining the stuff for oil change stuff was very nice and helpful. That’s the kinda visit that would make me go back.
Take 5 employees were super friendly and professional. They did their very best at being attentive and fair with getting everyone in in a timely manner and they even offered us a bottle of water. Thumbs up for taking care of my vehicle which I was told did not have any oil in it! I was driving off fumes and a prayer. 🤲. The prices are not bad either considering they give great customer service. Again, thanks Take 5 for taking care of my vehicle needs. I highly recommend them to service your vehicle needs.

The service was great & they were very friendly. But the wait was so long! It took about an hour. A little faster would be good.
Waited more than an hour with only a couple people in front of me. No one asked what I wanted. Lady yelled at me through my up car window to pop the lid because no one had told me to put it down yet. Had the window down in this heat for 45 mins, because that's how long the actual oil change took. When the guy took my info it was hunt and peck city, adding another 10 minutes to my wait time. He gave me a 25% discount at the end I guess to bribe me? He must have seen me typing my one star review in the bay. I have no shame, I ... read more
