I was upsell to do another coolant exchange. And I just had one last year in June 2025. The wait was very long. Not happy at all.
They were very courteous, professional and efficient. They took the time to explain the recommended services needed to keep my car in optimal functioning order. Work area was very clean. Overall great experience .
Being a young woman with close to no knowledge of cars I was nervous, but at Take 5 there was no reason! Cleetus was incredibly helpful and funny! He got my windshield wiper changed super fast and even called another guy, Josh, over to help scrub the gunk off my windshield. I always visit this Take 5. My last 2 times I had the pleasure of having Anthony help with my services. Anthony was very helpful and clearly loves what he do. He kept me very informative about everything that he was doing on my car and explained all questions that I had about my service. I was in and out. I definitely recommend this Take 5 location on S. Carrollton and S. Claiborne.
