I have been a customer of the store for quite a while. On Saturday I went there and waited 40 minutes to be pulled into the area to be serviced. When I pulled in, they said they cannot wait on me right away or anytime soon because there was only one person qualified to work on my car two others were being trained.. Also, I have called twice today to Customer Service, one with a local number and one with the national number I was put on hold for eight minutes with the national number. It wasn’t time for my oil change yet, but I was about to leave on a road trip in my ten year old car. So I stopped in and they did a very thorough check of all of my fluids and tire pressure. They topped up what needed topping up, inflated what needed inflating, wouldn’t take a penny for it, and wished me happy travels! I love this place! Won’t go anyplace else!
The manager was very rude and not understanding of my uber code. Did not want to let me use my discount.
Got oil changed yesterday and oil is all over.. I’m on the highway with my kids. This is terrible. Oil is all over the wheels , body and under the hood. Truly sad situation
