Don’t refer at all. A hair stylist should look the part. As in how they wear their own hair. I was very explicit as to how I wanted it. Did not come out even close!! For a manager who has done hair for 3 years she should have understood. But she had me all curled I could not tell!! I think I spent 27.00 plus a 5 dollar tip. They don’t even have any books showing hair styles. VERY VERY VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE WHOLE THING.
