Improper filter installation ruined my engine hours after oil change! THEIR mechanic confirmed it was their fault, but they are dragging their feet to make it right... I've never been so frustrated. Apparently, it only Takes 5 minutes to really screw up a vehicle.

Zero stars. the second i left i noticed my truck running hot, get to work and check under the hood and there is water spewing out of the bottom!!! Called to speak with Bob Evans the super personable manager that serviced my truck that morning and was told he was going to come out to my truck personally to tell me what was going on. Horrible service - charged $100 for an oil change which is outrageous for a Toyota corolla. Charged $89.99 for the mobile one synthetic oil. If you don't know synthetic mobile one is only about $40 at the most. They add 49.99 convenience fee to the oil price for 10 minute service (but they don't tell you that upfront). Furthermore, they claim to top off all fluids but in fact they did not, nor did they turn off maintenance light. I WILL NEVER send my daughter here again. I'm extremely disappointed
