Quality of the facility has gone downhill since take 5 acquired. The wash machinery isn’t maintained and doesn’t do a very good job of cleaning. More often than not, something in the wash isn’t working or the gate system/tag reader isn’t working correctly. Just seems like the operation is trying to squeeze every penny out of this place.
